As someone who bikes every day, I can’t recommend the Squire Locks Stronghold D16/230 D-Lock enough. I’ve gone through a few locks over the years, but this one feels unbreakable.
The length is perfect for locking both the frame and a wheel to all sorts of things. Bike rack, a lamppost, fence, whatever, it fits. The mounting bracket is nice too and handy for carrying it around. I’ve left it out in the rain, and it’s still in perfect shape. The weatherproof coating is great because I ride in all kinds of weather.
