How and when will my order be delivered?
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the purchase date Monday-Friday providing all items ordered are in stock.

95% of orders are received by the customer the very next working day including Saturdays after dispatch, but please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. This is calculated in your basket and checkout.

In respect of 1st Class Royal Mail Shipping, delivery charges will be.

0kg to 2kg – £3.69
2.1kg to 10kg – £6.99
10.1kg to 20kg – £10.99

Stock: Are all products available on Time to Ride in stock?

Time to Ride has a large stock, if products are not in stock, we have an extensive network of suppliers, so we can receive products quickly and get them delivered to customers.

If a product is not in stock the expected lead time for all brands is usually 2-3 working days.

What is your returns policy?
We always hope you will be pleased with your Time to Ride purchase, however, in the unlikely event that you are not happy we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee excluding food, drink and any other cycling nutrition products liable to deteriorate within the period of 3 months following dispatch and gift vouchers.

When you receive your delivery please check everything you ordered has been received. Please advise us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is anything missing or damaged. We will always be accommodating and will do everything we can to help you.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at your earliest opportunity. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned for a refund.

When returning an item it is advised to obtain proof of postage or send by a signed for service where possible.

Can I collect my order from your office?

Yes, definitely. Just place your order online and select the FREE Local Collection shipping method option.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will email you a link that will allow you to book a day/time slot that is convenient for you to come to our Market Harborough office and collect your order.

The local collection service is free of charge and operates on business days Monday through Friday except UK bank holidays.
